Jody Had A Wild Summer Night at the Detroit Zoo!
Jody and Wes had Wild Summer Night at the Detroit Zoo and were blown away by the turn out. The attentive crowd was filled with dancing kids who surrounded the outdoor stage where Jody and Wes played. The weather was co-operative which made for a perfect night. Greg Dilone was on hand to perform some great percussion and was as usual very entertaining. They guys played for about two hours and played some special songs for the young crowd including originals “Learn From Me”, “My My” and John Lennon’s “Beautiful Boy”. Thank you to everyone who came out for the special performance!

Jody in the Leamington Post!

Jody helped celebrate 96.7 CHYR FM's Summer Music and 51st Anniversary, which broadcasted live from "four corners".
The festivities kicked off on Saturday, August 12, and CHYR broadcasted live from the BOOM BOX (the traveling gigantic radio).
Everyone was invited up to the studio for a tour of the facilities. The staff was on hand to offer tours and answer questions. Jody thought it was a beautiful day. He said the crowd was young, attentive and fun! Thanks to CHYR for a great day!

Jody & Wes surprise gig in Nashville
The band were in Nashville last week to perform a showcase at The Wildhorse Saloon on Friday morning, meanwhile Jody & Wes took advantage of being in town and hit the stage at 12th & Porter for an impromtu acoustic set on Thursday night. Jessica Andrews, Marcel and Jeff Austin Black were all there to check out the show. The band will be back in Nashville in mid-September to perform at the Americana Music Association Convention in addition to shows at the Tin Roof and 12th & Porter - more details will be posted soon.
